By using PDF Forge you agree to use the tools only for documents you have the right to process. You are responsible for the content of the files you upload.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools for your own documents or documents you have permission to edit.
• Do not use the tools to bypass document access controls, passwords, encryption, or DRM.
• Do not use the tools to remove watermarks that assert ownership of content you don't own.

No legal guarantee

The tools are provided "as is" without warranty. Electronic signatures added with the Sign tool are signature representations and are not a certified, legally binding e-signature service. We make no claim that any output is "court approved," "government approved," or "legally binding."

Payments

Premium operations are one-time, non-refundable charges for the processing performed. No subscriptions or recurring billing are offered.

Limitation of liability

PDF Forge is not liable for any loss of data or damage resulting from the use of the tools. Always keep a copy of your original documents.
